I'm Kim Hafjall, and I help ambitious leaders lead with clarity, trust, and impact.
Over two decades in the corporate world taught me many things: what it feels like to doubt yourself before a big decision, how heavy responsibility can sit on your shoulders, and how easy it is to lose clarity when you’re pulled in every direction. I’ve had successes I’m proud of – and I’ve also stumbled, doubted myself, and had to start over more than once.
One thing stood out across it all: the strongest results always came when I invested in people – when I helped those around me grow, step up, and take ownership. Because in leadership, your success is measured through the performance of your people. When they thrive, you thrive.
That’s why I’m so passionate about the work I do today. I’ve been coaching and mentoring leaders across industries and cultures – and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: leadership doesn’t grow through shortcuts. It grows through reflection, courage, and clarity over time.

How much time will I need to commit?
Each module is designed to be worked with over 3–4 weeks. You’ll spend 60–80 minutes watching the core content — and the real change happens between sessions, as you reflect, practise new strategies, and integrate them into your daily leadership. The pace ensures lasting behavioural change, not just new knowledge.
Why does the programme take several months to complete?
Because leadership growth takes time.
Unlike quick-fix courses, The Clarity Journey is designed for lasting change. The space between modules isn’t a pause – it’s where transformation happens. You test new behaviours, reflect on what works, and sometimes unlearn habits before building stronger ones.
That’s why Core Edition runs 6–12 months, and the Full Programme supports deep transformation over up to 24 months. Leadership growth doesn’t happen overnight – and that’s exactly why this programme works.
What is the typical duration of a coaching programme?
The duration of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some clients find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may engage in longer-term coaching to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. It's essential to discuss your objectives and expectations with your coach to determine the best timeline for your coaching journey.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Everything we discuss stays between us. This is your space to speak openly, without judgement
Can I combine coaching with business partnering?
Absolutely. Many leaders work with me in a hybrid way — mixing structured leadership development with ongoing sparring on strategic decisions
Can my organisation sponsor my place?
Yes. Many leaders have their participation fully or partly funded by their organisation. Leadership development is often covered through HR or L&D budgets – and in most cases, companies are more willing than you might expect to invest when you can show the value for your role and your team.
