Pre-recorded video modules

Live Q&A sessions (where applicable)
Access and features vary depending on the programme purchased (Core, Full, or Single Module).
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices are shown excl. VAT.
EU private customers: Local VAT will be added automatically at checkout.
EU business customers: With a valid EU VAT number, no VAT is added (reverse charge applies).
Customers outside the EU: No VAT is charged.
4. Payment & receipts
Payment is processed securely through Mastermind.
Private customers will receive a receipt for their purchase.
Business customers requiring a formal invoice (with VAT details) must submit their details through the [VAT form] or by contacting Hafjall Consulting directly.
5. Access to materials
Access to courses is personal and must not be shared or transferred.
Core Edition: 6 months full access
Full Programme: 18 months full access
Single Modules: 3 months full access
Access periods are counted from the date of purchase.
6. Refund & cancellation policy
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds are only available if you have accessed no more than 20% of the course content.
Once you exceed 20% usage or attend live Q&A sessions, no refund is possible.

7. Intellectual property
All course materials (videos, documents, slides, exercises) are protected by copyright.
Content must not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from Hafjall Consulting.
